  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 700 EUR/monthWe are required by the law to disclose minimum basic salary for the advertised position. Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Organization and management of employees and processes (the number of managed employees is in the range of 20 - 50)
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and health rules in the department
• Responsibility for meeting of KPI targets (safety, quality, delivery, costs). Visualization, evidence, action plans, corrective and preventive actions implementation in case of deviation from targets
• Working on two shifts (morning & afternoon)
• Cooperation in introducing new projects into production, also in optimizing and streamlining production
• Planning the number of employees (absences, holidays, training, etc.)
• Management of staff training to ensure polyvalence/ back-up in all key positions
• Employee evaluation and development
• Ensuring the efficiency of processes and efficient use of subordinates' working time
• Proactive solution of problems at the department
• Identification of improvements to increase efficiency and quality in the department
• Control and approval of subordinate employees attendance evidence in attendance system
• Reporting
