  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 250 EUR/monthdepending on the level of seniority

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Customer and 3-rd party users support (B2B level).
Handling of service requests and incidents, analysis, troubleshooting.
Deployments including integration, configuration and troubleshooting.
Pro-Active Monitoring of system health, continuous improvement and automation of monitoring tools in cooperation with development teams.
Creating and improving team's knowledgebase.
Participating in On-call support schedule.
Cooperating on activities for a DevOps team setup.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

IT or electrotechnical engineering field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

A strong analytical mindset, solution driven, team player, willing to learn newest technologies.
Advanced Experience with Linux systems.
Experience with customer support and high availability systems.
Basic Experience with Oracle, SQL.
Ability to understand complex systems.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with system/application deployments (E.g. Ansible).
Knowledge of modern monitoring and graphing systems.
Experience with AWS, Azure and other Cloud-related IaaS.
Understanding of current web and internet technologies like SQL and Non-SQL DBs, Nginx, Redis, DNS, CDNs, Kafka is welcome.
