Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for the Functional Design in the Purchasing Tool "Coupa" Global Rollout
- Collaboration & coordination in the global rollout of the "Coupa" procurement platform
- Technical coordination of the regional rollout team and interface to the process owners in the German headquarters
- Responsibility for ensuring & preparing the respective go-lives
- Collaboration in the project teams especially with functionally adjacent areas in Purchasing & IT
- Support in change management with the country and regional buyers, category managers, requestors & approvers
- Preparation & elaboration of training materials
- Execution of trainings, follow-up of the change process
