Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsibility for the Functional Design in the Purchasing Tool "Coupa" Global Rollout
  • Collaboration & coordination in the global rollout of the "Coupa" procurement platform
  • Technical coordination of the regional rollout team and interface to the process owners in the German headquarters
  • Responsibility for ensuring & preparing the respective go-lives
  • Collaboration in the project teams especially with functionally adjacent areas in Purchasing & IT
  • Support in change management with the country and regional buyers, category managers, requestors & approvers
  • Preparation & elaboration of training materials
  • Execution of trainings, follow-up of the change process

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

  • Responsibility for succesfull impleentation
  • Ensuring operational support for the respective country(-ies) / region(s)
  • Follow-on responsibilities for purchasing processes & systems
  • Collaboration, cooperation & support on future Purchasing Processes & Systems Rollouts
  • Very good written and spoken English (German advantageous)
  • First experience in working on (interdisciplinary) projects
  • Strong communication & moderation skills
  • Structured way of working
  • University degree with focus on business informatics or similar educational qualification advantageous 
  • Knowledge in purchasing processes & systems advantageous

Brief description of the company

The company Schaeffler Kysuce, spol. s r.o. is a engineering company which is focused on production of ball bearings and bearing units for Industry and Automative section. It belongs to a multinational company Schaeffler. It was established in 1999 in Kysucké Nové Mesto, approximately 10 km from Žilina and it currently employs ca. 4900 employees.

R&D Schaeffler Kysuce has been part of the research and development of products designed and produced by the company Schaeffler Kysuce, spol s r.o. for both Automotive and Industry market. It started its activities regarding chassis components in the 2008 and expanded to lead and support projects for complex systems.

Since 2019, R&D Schaeffler Kysuce becomes and important partner within Schaeffler Group for the research and development of E-mobility products. Focus is shifting to mechatronical systems of hybrid transmissions designed for the new generation of vehicles.
