Job description, responsibilities and duties


Sanofi CHC is a #1 OTC company in CZ and SK with the presence in 4 key global categories (Cough and Cold, Pain, Digestive Health, Vitamins and Minerals Supplements). CHC portfolio includes a number of leading historical brands such as Paralen and Ibalgin that are one of the most recognized products in CZ and SK market.

Role Description:
E-commerce Manager - CHC CZ/SK will serve as the driving force for eCommerce activity in Czech Republic and Slovakia, activating and executing Sanofi CHC’s eCommerce strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced eCommerce account manager to take ownership of the delivery of eCommerce growth in Czech Republic & Slovakia. The successful applicant to this business-critical role will define, together with the support of EU e-commerce team, and implement a comprehensive eCommerce plan to exceed market growth targets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about eCommerce with a desire to drive rapid and sustained growth through this evolving channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Sanofi e-Commerce framework, working with the EUe-Commerce team, to define the CZ-SK e-Commerce strategy, in coordination with local Marketing teams
- Establish product-level financial, operational, customer, and consumer goals/targets
- Provide input to market-level strategic roadmap (sales & budget forecasting)
- Develop CZ-SK e-Commerce roadmap, with support of EU e-commerce team
- Understand competitive and regulatory landscape with cross-functional support
- Establish and manage relationships with existing and new-to-Sanofi e-retailers
o Classic pharmacy e-retailers (such as Lekarna.cz, Dr Max.cz etc.) in coordination with existing KAMs
o Generalists e-retailers (such as Mall, Alza)
- Negotiate customer terms & fees for new e-retailers
- Conduct day-to-day account management and activation of Sanofi CHC’s portfolio with e-retailers in market
- Continually seek opportunities to improve customer terms and grow business
- Serve as in-market leader to drive awareness of and adherence to eCommerce best practices. As such gradually build e-commerce capabilities within KAM teams
- Build best online shopper experience (Assortment, Content, Experience, Search, Price) with possible support of external agency and in coordination with local Brand Managers and Digital marketing Manager
- Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to address e-Commerce packaging and fulfilment considerations, as required
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish data and insight collection mechanisms, and continuously track, analyze, and communicate defined KPIs to improve e-Commerce performance

Job Requirements:
- Proven account management experience with e-retailers, preferably within an FMCG or OTC environment
- Overall +5 years work experience with +2 years working knowledge and experience of e-Commerce platforms and online marketing channels
- Minimum qualifications of a Bachelor's degree
- Master of English (written & spoken) language and Czech or Slovak language is a must
- Prior data strategy and analytical experience, including expertise in structuring data collection
- Strong project management skills, including animation of cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and constructively in cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Strong analytical capabilities, and passion for extracting rich insights from data
- Detailed knowledge and expertise regarding eCommerce and online consumer touchpoints in CZ and SK from generating demand to sales conversion
