  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 900 - 1 100 EUR/monthfrom 900€ : the final salary will be agreed upon at the interview based on experience and qualifications

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main tasks - internal GA, office supplies, uniforms, general purchase, MRO, cleaning
• Purchase general affairs items, office supplies, and furniture required by the company
• Purchase consumable items, welfare items and etc for the company, employees, and management
• Managing and ordering cleaning(negotiating, scheduling and inspection) and waste from office
• purchase goods or services for all issues from the company, employees, and management
• Quotation and Purchasing cleaning items, office items, consumable items, PPE for employees and clients
• Quotation and Purchasing and distribute First-aid items for the company and clients
• Managing, cooperating, ordering, and inventory works on uniforms at the store and relevant documentation work.
• Purchase MRO items as per the requests from the client and relevant documentation
• Managing, cooperating, and ordering a cleaning business for the company and clients(negotiating with suppliers, clients, and clients)
• Collecting, reviewing, recording, reporting, and sorting invoices, delivery notes, and relevant documentation work with evidence from all your work
• Purchasing or searching irregular items, Searching information, service, and suppliers required by company and clients
• E-mail with clients, suppliers, and company members
• Communication and cooperation with Korean and Slovak clients(and local people) as well as your colleagues and management in the company
• Report to the management about all kinds of unusual events on your task immediately
• Supports other departments if someone is on Holiday(limited support only)
• Searching, contacting, preparing, recording and reporting and preceding all quotations, and purchase orders with relevant documents and evidence
• Visiting, meeting, and finding solutions in case you faced any issues
• Provide appropriate feedback on situations directed by the management and clients
• Provide other reports required by managements(including purchase and sales report)
