e-Commerce Logistics support and B2B logistics support:
- Support e-com innovation of CEE (Central Eastern Europe) (countries AT, SK, HU, HR, SI, PL, CH, CZ, RO, LV/LT/EE, GR)
→ Process innovation support with CEE Sales Subs and co-work with regional headquarters members
→ Support to setup new process with dedicated team e-Com in headquarters
→ Consider how to improve this process (innovation function)
- Support the e-com operation of CEE (Central Eastern Europe) )countries *AT, SK, HU, HR, SI, PL, CH, CZ, RO, LV/LT/EE, GR)
→ evaluation of KPI for e-Com operation
→ Analysis of e-Com logistics cost and report this trend
→ Sharing headquarters guide about e-Com to Sales subsidiaries and local warehouse of e-Com
→ Monitoring e-Com daily operation and pending status
→ Preparation Promotion plan with Sales Subs and monitoring status
→ Monitoring and support for Stock transfer between Offline to Online area
