Quality Process Assistant Manager

Your job will be about:
- define R&R of members in the newly created team
- set up quality standards with headquarter office and manufacturer of mobile phones
- proceed grading and correction of used mobile phones
- register master data in system
- discuss and improve quality process in order to improve ROI
- manage return requests from customers
- manage requests by headquarters and mobile phones manufacturer to stabilize the operation
- manage scrap process
- matching IMEI between and after refurbish of mobile phones
- process IMEI range requests
