Job description, responsibilities and duties
Scope of this job
The Housing Coordinator organizes that our candidates have accommodation according SNF standard when they arrive in Holland and makes sure that houses are checked and clean, so our flex workers can move in according to plan.
Knowledge and skills
• Secondary education level
• Technical knowledge (utility)
• Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably with labour migrants
• Good knowledge of English and at least one eastern European language and willing to learn in own time the Dutch language (paid by Sagius)
• Willing to work outside office hours and weekends
• Computer experience (office, word, excel)
Responsibilites
• Overview of housing occupation list once a week
• Solving problems in housing; small repairs, cleaning, replacing/ordering necessary utilities
• good communication with rental partners as well as with flex workers in our housing Also reporting about problems to Director-major shareholders and/or Business Manager
• reporting to Accountplanner and recruitment about who is coming and going in our houses and why
• first point of contact for flex workers who arrive in weekends and have questions about housing or cars
• check housing when flex workers leave and rental period of housing ends, make pictures of housing before giving back to owner/rental partner
• keeps SNF register updated
