Our client is a well-known international online company and a market leader growing their Retail team in Bratislava. The mission of the team is to lead vendors across all EU marketplaces to success by guiding them. We are looking for smart, result oriented candidates who will be supporting German speaking market.

* Direct interaction with the vendors
* Work in a complex environment, using a variety of tools to perform the tasks
* Improve processes, improve process automation and vendor tools
* The role includes evaluating, proposing and negotiating annual terms & conditions
* You will work with vendors on extending their offer selection
* Drive the overall business growth of vendors while delivering best possible customer experience

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2) and German - Proficiency (C2)

Basic qualifications:
* Language skills: Fluent English and German
* Proven ability to lead negotiations with business partners, balance vendor needs and business needs
* Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders
* Contributes to a positive team environment
* Strives to continuously improve
* Regularly performs deep dives to identify root causes of issues and provides solutions based on data analysis
* Identify opportunities or improvement and drive automation
* Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel);
* Experience in Project management / Program management

Preferred qualifications:
* Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
* Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
* A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking
* Advanced excel (programing macros / scripts) or SQL knowledge advantageous
