Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is looking for a Community Manager who will work with a global community of crypto enthusiasts, evangelists, and developers. This community plays a huge part in inspiring the user of our client’s platform. We are looking for a natural community leader who will grow our client’s movement worldwide.

SCALE- You will help our client to build engagement activities across all social media platforms from the beginning, including posting, commenting, educating. You will plan and execute ways to scale the community while retaining positivity and kindness. This requires a lot of detail-oriented logistics, from setting up webinars and e-mail campaigns to polishing templates and moderating forum conversations. You will cooperate with various teams – from Development and Product Management through Marketing, Business Development, and C-level executives to produce appealing content.
BUILD - You will build partnerships and collaborations in the fintech developers’ community as well as with start-ups all around the world to surface the best content and build our client’s own hub.
LISTEN - You will constantly monitor mentions about our client in conversations across the internet, and you will monitor the feedback of our client among the power users, new users and partners of the platform.
TEST - You will test and analyze the engagement of our client’s individual activities across online and offline channels and create analytical outputs for the executive, product, sales, and marketing to ensure better identification of metrics that work towards our client’s goals, and you will decide what programs to invest in. The faster you can figure out what works, the sooner you will be able to provide more value to the community.

* You have the ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
