Sales Support Associate (Bratislava or remote)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you already have relevant experience and want to take a step forward within your career? We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Associate with an excellent level of English for an international tech company, a newcomer in Slovakia. You would assist and support day-to-day Business Development and sales engagement activities related to IT (mostly software) with prospective customers by email, telephone, and online meeting.

Your role would be also to:

* Be the first point of contact to incoming queries while maintaining internal databases updated
* Coordinate meetings and demonstrations for prospective customers with available salespersons
* Create service cost proposals for prospective customers to the requirements of the salesperson
* Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial responses to large-scale competitive tender opportunities
* Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
* Support lead generation activities as appropriate with targeted outreach to clients

* Relevant previous experience (1 to 3 years)
* Excellent English (written and verbal communication skills)
* IT & MS Office knowledge (highly advanced)
* Experience with the preparation of cost estimates & proposals (huge advantage)
