  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 2200€ gross monthly (or higher based on experience)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a highly data-centric specialist with a focus on business and process improvement. Become part of the international environment, analyze processes and data of the team and deliver recommendations or improvements that strengthen business drive and made operations simpler.

You will be responsible for:

* Analyzing data in scalable way to identify trends, drivers and formulate recommendations
* Process improvement, automatization of manual investigations and maintenance of automation scripts
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impact findings in various investigations
* Drive and provide business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews
* Processing the data to help taking in key business decisions
* Optimizing productivity

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar
* At least 3 years of experience within a process-oriented / analytical role
* Intermediate knowledge in Excel and basic knowledge in SQL
* Good proficiency in English language, both verbal and written
* Ability to create innovative solutions based on a logical reasoning and collected data
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively for tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in managing projects with complexity
