Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a part of an international holding company with branches across the EMEA region, you will take the responsibility for performance management reporting and supporting project management teams in data-based decision making.

You will be responsible for:

* Creating regular weekly/monthly reports and requested ad-hoc analysis
* Managing data sets exchange and clarification
* Analyzing performance development
* Monitoring and analyzing external benchmarking sources
* Owning and managing access to external databases
* Preparing ad-hoc benchmarking reports based on internal and external data
* Producing user friendly visualization for internal users (management)
* Obtaining ad-hoc project related data and analyzing existing data sets
* Identifying insights and trends
* Producing user friendly visuals - charts, graphs etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Statistics/Mathematics/Finance/Technical undergraduate or graduate
* Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required, Power BI
* Experience with analyzing datasets and familiarity with data storage basics required (commercial, government or academic situation)
* Experience with presenting data analysis outcomes to senior management
* Previous project related work, retail, e-commerce, CRM, demographics, applied statistics or quantitative marketing an advantage
* Proficiency with other data analysis tool an advantage
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
