Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Interface functions for all IT requirements
• IT Service Management: problem-solving; incident and change management
• Participation in IT projects in close coordination with IT department in Vienna
• Network support
• End user support
• IT support in emergencies
• Hardware Management (maintenance and documentation of IT equipment)
• Technical support of the meeting rooms (mobile partition, videoconferencing)
• Minor repairs to office furniture (mobile container, sliding door)
• Smaller relocations (arrangement of tables, set up mobile containers, maintenance of whiteboards)
• Contact person for reception of Tatra Bank (RSC guests, deliveries,…)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• IT knowledge (network, Windows, MS Office)
• Language skills: very good English (oral and written), German is welcome
• Communicative personality and hands-on approach
• Self-motivated to find and implement quick solutions
• Accuracy and analytical skills to manage properly technical issues and work with data

Brief description of the company

RSC Raiffeisen Service Center GmbH is a Shared Service Center within the Raiffeisen Banking Group which provides a wide range of operational services in the financial sector. Our core competencies include non-licenced banking services within the areas of payment transactions, securities, treasury, loan processing and customer services. We are a dynamic Austrian Company founded in 1997 and based in two locations – our Head Office in 1190 Vienna and an operational site in Bratislava, Slovakia, which was established in 2014.
