Job description, responsibilities and duties

We offer a paid IT trainee program for graduates, which includes:

- 12-month full-time program.
- Job rotation in 7 IT departments and 5 non-IT departments.
- Evaluation after each rotation with your mentor.
- Hands-on experience with projects, testing, and implementations.
- Full RPC benefits, including English course allowance, MultiSport Card, Cafeteria benefits system, transportation allowance, sick days, and many others.
- Seduo license for online learning.
- Identification of your strengths through tests and diagnostic tools.
- Mentoring session with the Head of IT.

Information about the selection process

RPC was established in 2000 as a division of Tatra banka, and with more than 20 years of success stories we provide services in the area of issuance and acceptance of payment cards to member banks of the Raiffeisen bank International Group. The separate company was established in 2008 as a Shared Service Centre to centralize the group’s card payment operations and to achieve high efficiency and price competitiveness.
