  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 900 EUR/month1 900€/month + fix allowances twice a year + yearly bonus (Offered salary is equal to minimal level of experience communicated in the advertisement. Please, if you are more senior, do not hesitate to share your expectations with us.)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new team member, who will ensure a communication bridge between IT & non-IT colleagues, not necessarily deep technical person, but on the other side he/she needs to understand IT language of our colleagues and vendors.
This position is replacement for a maternity leave.

What will be your area of responsibility & what do you need to bring to the table, we described below:

• IT Relationship manager is the contact person for RPC IT Infrastructure vendors (hosting, housing, O365, Cloud)
• Participates in IT planning activities, budgeting, including control of their implementation; evaluation of services provided by IT infrastructure vendors
• Ensures daily communication with suppliers connected to the fulfilment of contractual tasks; monitors the performance
• Organizes regular meetings with suppliers and participates in evaluating cooperation and providing feedback
• Performs ongoing control over budget spending
• Consults the preparation of the Service catalogue (IT infrastructure and application level). Ensures alignment between IT and Business.
• Works closely with service managers, process managers, vendor managers and IT architects
• Obtains the data and evaluates the SLA, prepares SLA reports, proposes actualisations and improvements
• Supports alignment between Project management and IT infrastructure vendors
• Provides support and escalations in solving IT operational issues, problem and incident management, if the supplier is also involved
• Coordinates smaller IT Infrastructure & Operations projects
• Participates in company audits
• Participates in Asset management activities

Information about the selection process

​Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies and RPC. Recruitment process may vary from position, seniority, or number of applicants, but you may expect:

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background
2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.
