  • Place of work: Námestie Mateja Korvína, Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/month2 000€/month + fix allowances twice a year + yearly bonus (Offered salary is equal to minimal level of experience communicated in the advertisement. Please, if you are more senior, do not hesitate to share your expectations with us.)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague, who will help us to take care about:

- maintenance of IT infrastructure asset and responsibility for HW / SW asset lifecycle
- license Management
- ordering process
- to plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license to make sure they complied with vendor contracts in different software tools
- applying of continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets within tool throughout their lifecycle
- design processes relating to software and hardware asset management, execute and enhance them
- manage regular asset audits
- asset tools maintenance (taking care about documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management)
- manager asset database consistency cross other corporate tools
- define and enhance scheme for identifying hardware and software-related assets as well as CIs, including versioning and dependencies in the asset management tools, attributes.
- participate on and support CMDB tasks
- perform research on industry best AM practice and incorporate it with organizational practice
- participate on infrastructure projects point of view (license evaluation, HW life cycle, ...)
- collaborate with infrastructure teams to determine trends in asset performance
- support vendor communication (participate on a vendor management tasks – platform as a service providers maintenance; manage necessary service requests on asset pool with the vendors)

Information about the selection process

​Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies and RPC. Recruitment process may vary from position, seniority, or number of applicants, but you may expect:

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background
2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.
