  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 EUR/monthminimum 1500€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal requirements, we state the min. salary, however final salary depends on candidate´s qualifications and level of experience & skills)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become part of the team supporting the card management system for Raiffeisen banks in CEE.

Are you able to act fast and find root cause of every type of interruptions? Can you create and maintain new IT testing environment from the ground? Do you have some experience with UNIX and SQL databases?If you would like to grow and develop your career by using your knowledge of all applications, then join our application support team.

You will:

* Provide IT technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
* Maintain and update technical documentation
* Build new testing environment, maintain it and refresh on regular bases
* Install application changes (releases, configuration changes)
* Support applications across Dev,Test,UAT, PreProd and Prod environments
* Solve issues on prod environment triggered by monitoring within SLA
* Investigate the root causes of problems with L3 or other teams from organization
* Install, upgrade, configure and improve Zabbix monitoring solution
* Install, patch and support RHEL servers

Information about the selection process

Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies at RPC. The recruitment process may vary depending on the position, your seniority, or the number of applicants, but in general you may expect:

1) A short call with our HR to give you an introduction about RPC and the team, and to find out about your expectations and background.
2) Suitable candidates will then be invited to an interview with the hiring manager. A senior professional from the team may sometimes be available as well.
3) The reference check/employment verification is a part of the process, too. If you already have written references from your last/previous employer(s), please attach them together with your CV.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum, but at the same time we try hard to get to know you to see whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests or need an extra meeting with you.
We will update you throughout the whole process and provide feedback on the status of your application.
