A key player of delivering the innovative and first-class service to our customers is the Professional Services department who are now looking to welcome to their team the IT&Workflow Specialist. The focus of this role will be the technical maintenance of the development environment and the runtime behavior after automatic customization.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Remote support of the systems and software solutions
• Follows established Global Customer Support (GCS) Quality System procedures as well as Business Area Quality System procedures in the execution of work
• Project design and management – applies diverse knowledge and experience of IT troubleshooting, software troubleshooting and servicing principles and practices for the implementation and support of Roche products
• Creates / revises curriculum for technical training sessions and independently delivers training to small groups (focus is on train the trainer)
• IT and Workflow product portfolio setup and support - supports service requirements on development projects and creates/updates service documentation for internal/external training prior to launch decision and throughout the products lifecycle
• Customer support - by responding to customer requests
• Utilizes project management fundamentals to ensure assigned projects and respective deliverables are completed on time and on quality
• Close cooperation with external and internal customers to improve the laboratory workflow and testing efficiencies
