The Opportunity
Roche Diagnostics License to Operate department are looking to welcome to their team a Commercial Contract and Public Procurement Specialist, directly reporting to the Head of LTO dept.

Job Facts
This role focuses on providing complex operational coordination and administrative support to the LTO team and all stakeholders involved in the process. Close collaboration with other departments on the Contract LifeCycle Management, Tender Management and public procurement obligations and Registering and archiving processes.

Your main responsibilities will include

● Active administrative support during preparation and processing of requirements in contract management agenda
● Ensure all open contracts follow the procedural steps to the sign off phase by customers and the company proxy holders
● Active communication with customers and passing information to relevant departments
● Active communication with an external legal vendor and coordination of internal processes
● Hold the role of an Administrator for the internal contract management and registration systems (HCP/HCO interaction systems)
● Monitor, administer and manage the portals used for electronic public tenders submission
● Submission of orders, offers and active participation in electronic auctions
● Keeping all templates current and in line with the local and global standards rules
● Active participation in tender preparation and providing support to fulfil the conditions of participation in public procurement tenders
● Daily monitoring of published tenders and ensuring the information on follow-up actions is delivered to the responsible colleagues/departments
● Resolutions of potential problems and timely escalation to the superiors
● Ensure the registration and archiving processes follow the required principles and standards for audit purposes
● Participation in various local and global projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Contract Management and Tender management, Public relations, Economics and Finance

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in Law, Public relations, Economics and/or Finance is preferred
• Degree of a Secondary Business School or a similar educational level

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Work experience in a barrister / law firm is an advantage
• Contract management legal requirements knowledge
• Knowledge and awareness of the Slovak Commercial Code related to contractual arrangements

• English language written & spoken - Fluent
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) – Advanced
• Gsuite - is an advantage
• IT savvy (MS Windows, SharePoint, Gdrive) - is an advantage
