Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company. This role plays an important part in our corporate reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service. You'll be expected to leave a lasting impression by delivering the highest standards of service to employees and clients entering our corporate office. The ideal candidate will have outstanding people skills, multi-tasking talents, and excellent organizational skills. Working duties partly depend also on the personal drive, motivation and willingness to learn. The position is Office based with fixed working hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
The main responsibilities:
- Front desk management
- Welcome and register guests in accordance with building/security procedures, advise the relevant employees
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide general information about the company, schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Office supplies management
- Onboarding process support
- Keep the reception area and meeting rooms neat and tidy, catering management
- Support the employees with medical examination booking, g-site ownership & update
- Support the company's crisis committee (Local Emergency Management) in matters related to the proper operation and security of the office premises and employees
- Business trips arrangement for selected employees (logistics, accommodation, flight tickets)
- Report any equipment faults, maintenance requests etc. using the remedy system
- Work on tasks related of Safety-Health-Environment and Security

- Secondary education with Leaving Exam is required at minimum; higher education is advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Slovak, advanced in English language
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
- Proactive personality,
- Time management, multitasking, prioritization, social skills, problem solving, empathy
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Google Suite is an advantage
