Job description, responsibilities and duties

Roche Diagnostics Procurement & Logistics Team are looking to welcome a customer & process-orientated, flexible and proactive team member.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing Customer Orders in local system and ensures that the proper information flow is sent to the customer and the delivery of goods are performed in time.
• Invoicing customers for goods and services.
• Dealing with customer claims, goods return slip processing and issuing credit notes.
• Entering customer claims into local CRM system.
• Giving support to customers regarding all logistics issues (i.e. documents, delivery terms and product substitutions) & shows proactive attitude to the customer request.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders. Cooperation with 3rd parts logistics services provider. Creation and management of customer database in ERP system & account hierarchy + territory allocation management in CRM system.
• Organize customer visits / calls in order to assess the customer satisfaction and to improve SC services.
• Key responsible person for SC processes.
• Act as coordinator / partner for e-solution implementation with direct impact to SC activity & customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for placing orders for diagnostics division.
• Coordinates the physical inventory of the instruments WH.
• Monitoring and maintenance of safety stock & inventory balances.
• Temperature shipping monitoring, responsible for evaluation of correct data during transport.

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• High School diploma, and/or Business College, and/or University education

• 1+years working experience in a similar role (ideally at Logistics & Supply chain)
• Handling customer claims and providing solutions
• Working in a fast-paced environment where the first class customer support is priority
• Ability to work with multiple application systems
• Working experience with SAP system is ADVANTAGE
