Job description, responsibilities and duties

● The Innovation Partner will help to modernize and innovate on how Roche engages with the Healthcare ecosystem, supporting the process to co-create customer solutions for improving the delivery of healthcare in Slovakia.
● As an Innovation Partner, you will be considered to be a Digital pioneer who is passionate about experimenting with new technologies and methodologies for impactful digital engagement
● The Innovation Partner is a catalyst for change in our organization. You will be a key player in our digital transformation and will collaborate with the digital enablers as part of a broader international team.
● As a member of a dynamic, fluid enabling team, you will support the conceptualization, development and delivery of digital strategies for the Roche portfolio, including leading product launches, brand awareness campaigns and virtual medical education events.

The Innovation Partner is an entrepreneurial, digital marketing role within the Slovak affiliate, who will be empowered to modernized our digital engagement and services for customers and patients

● The Innovation Partner will actively engage with key stakeholders in the Slovak Healthcare system (in partnership with a diverse customer-oriented team) to co-create solutions to help improve the Slovak Healthcare system and delivery better outcomes to more patients faster.
● Lead Digital Portfolio Strategy and delivery of digital campaign to support the Roche portfolio
● Working in an agile way, the Innovation Partner will enable fast-to-market digital solutions and lead digital transformation (internally and externally)
● This transformative role will support the introduction and experimentation of new technologies (eg. Blockchain, AI) and approaches (e.g companion diagnostics, chat bots, virtual customer service) to better the customer experience and delivery of healthcare
● Partners with the digital enablers across Roche Pharma International to leverage best practices and share work responsibilities on multi-national projects and solutions.
● Acts as an Agile Coach, to support adoption of agile methodologies within Roche and facilitation of design-thinking workshops with customers.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Master degree with specialization in digital marketing or a similar field

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Skills and Experience:
● Min. 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including channel optimization, ROI/value assessment, campaign measurement, etc
● Experience in Agile methodologies and design-thinking
● Excellent collaboration skills, including experience in facilitating or leading cross-functional teams
● Experience in Start-ups or Digital Communication companies is highly desired.
● Experience in developing end-to-end digital solutions
● Hands on experience with data science methodologies (predictive analytics, machine learning, patient level data triggers)
● Project management and vendor management experience is a plus
● Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
● Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred (but not necessary)
● Innovation skills: curiosity, agility, strategic thinking

● Knowledge of digital technologies and best practices of digital customer engagement
● Base knowledge of working with data and insights to drive decision-making and strategy
● Basic understanding of the Slovak Healthcare system
● Ability to learn quickly the therapeutic areas and products of Roche

Other relevant capabilities:
● Fluent in local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:
● University degree (Computer Sciences, Business, or related field). MBA or Digital Marketing certificates is a plus.
● Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
● Computer programming knowledge (Python, SAS, JS) is a bonus
