Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital initiatives for Roche Slovakia (Pharma Division) across the entire product portfolio. You will choose the right digital tactics, channels and supporting tools to meet what our customers expect from us.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent and best in class customer journey experience throughout all digital activities across multiple customer touch points;
- Develop, implement, track & optimize digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, content marketing, PPC, social media etc.) across all digital channels;
- Set up campaign measurements criteria, provide analytics and create performance reports
- Consult the teams and suggest adequate digital strategies and tactics to meet their business objectives.
- Determine the appropriate budgets to implement those activities.
- Identify trends and insights, experiment with new approaches, take the learnings fast and apply them.
- Localize digital programs created by the international teams.
- Manage internal digital platforms for web management, social media, email marketing, digital events, video publishing, etc.
- Identify competitor activities in the digital field and develop actions to address them.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Bachelor/Master degree with specialization in digital marketing or a similar field

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 2 years of experience at a similar job role
- Proven ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools
- Strong experience in digital/online marketing (SEO, SEM, Marketing Data Analytics, Social Media, PPC, etc)
- In-depth knowledge of available digital channels, appropriate tools and their strengths in the market
- Proven experience in optimizing paid and organic campaigns based on analytics
- Highly creative ability with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, influence and motivate
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven thinking
- Proven project and budget management capabilities including flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects and content aspects at any given time, working to tight timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (also in English)
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable B2B/B2C marketing strategies
- Experience with working on sales strategies via digital channels (preferable)
- Experience with working in fast-pace, progressive environment (start-up experience is a benefit)
