Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Marketing & Digital communication partner (MDCP) is a valuable member of the Marketing team who leads marketing campaigns and co-creation and execution targeting different audiences / customer pools, defines digital communication strategy and execution in alignment with the company‘s overarching strategy and priorities, champions external communication initiatives with a One Roche approach, and provides administrative support for entire Marketing Dept. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:

• Creation of marketing material – coordination with external graphics designers, external providers and internal resources
• Collaboration on product launches and implementation of digital tools
• Measures and Reports on the performance of all marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives
• Provides internal and external events coordination, followed by monitoring and analysing the value outcomes of events
• Coordinates and monitors budget allocation for marketing activities
• Supports and coordinates marketing team internal processes and meetings
• Provides administrative support for Marketing Dept., as well as Market Access Manager and Sales Department
• Invoice processing, purchase order creation, price offers processing/negotiation and communication with Finance Department
• External Vendor creation process if needed
• Coordinates marketing notifications & Labor Aktuell
• Contracts HCP/HCO - Marketing/Medical/MAX
• HCP tracking tool administrator, responsible for issuing of certificates to the respective authorities
• Web surveys analysis, Ministry of Health reporting as required

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University degree in Marketing or Economics or Business Strategy

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Driving licence
