Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Senior PM is a trusted and experienced professional, using their analytical and organizational skills when managing the implementation and migration of complex customer solutions in the legacy Voice/IPT and Unified Communications space, consisting of multiple workstreams with its assigned project managers and teams.
In this role you will be reporting to Head of PMO, while bearing the following responsibilities:
• Arrange project handover from the Sales department to receive the project and its related information on scope, budget, service offering, customer, etc.
• Perform the project setup activities (initiating customer engagement, providing customer with overview of activities, and required involvement, setting up the project documentation, gathering the required information to be able to create project budget, project plan, project resources, etc).
• Coordinate and overlook a project or project work stream, consisting of multiple internal departments, 3rd Parties and the customer to deliver UC functionality or the stream by the due date,
• Manage Project Handover to the support team.
• Production and Maintenance of project documents, Risk Log, Action Log, Issue Log, Dependency log, Meeting Minutes etc,
• Proactively manage Risks, Issues, Changes, escalations, quality procedures,
• Arrange internal & regular customer meetings to present status, progress and issues,
• Manage Project Change Control and Project Closure (incl. Lessons Learned),
• Identify all project deliverables and dependencies and develop an integrated plan, including risk mitigation plans,
• Produce and maintain a project plan (timeline and resources) and agree this with the customer, incl. the customer deliverables,
• Arrange/secure the required resources internally and with 3rd parties and the customer,
• Manage and track time lines and budget in accordance with the plan,
• Develop a relationship with all relevant customer stakeholders and potential 3rd parties.
• Travel to customer sites on a frequent basis (when required / possible / feasible),
• Provide Weekly / Monthly Status Reports internally and to the customer in the PM system and in documents to the customer,
• Provide financial reporting internally on budget versus actuals and budget forecast,
• Manage escalations and be a point of escalation internally and externally for deployment issues
• Adhere to project quality objectives (i.e obtain customer design, change and installation acceptance sign offs, lessons learned, etc),
• Manage 3rd party suppliers, installers and other internal/ external delivery agencies,
• Manage Project Financials (budget versus actuals and forecasting) and Project Change Requests on the project scope and related budget increases.
The projects will mainly entail the migration of complex / extensive existing legacy or IPT voice infrastructure to UC solutions, including the migration of large numbers of different types of users.
Regarding UC projects implementing/migrating to Enterprise Voice / Direct Routing functionality will be a main deliverable, but also the implementation/migration of UC Contact Centre, Recording, CRM and workflow management solutions can be part of the project.

• Having an open and collaborative nature with excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication in English, and strong influencing and networking skills,
• Experience working on strategy and cost reduction of legacy IT systems against cloud based solution such as Microsoft Azure/Office 365,
• PRINCE 2 Practitioner or PMI-PMP certification,
• Experience with at least some of the following: Legacy voice solutions (IPT, legacy PBX’s) and/or Unified Communications solutions deployments and migrations, Contact Centres, Global Services, End User Computing, Migrations, Physical/Virtual Migrations, Cloud – MS Azure/Office 365, Microsoft Products,
• Excellent Strategic and operational expertise, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Budget Management & Financial control,
