Job description, responsibilities and duties
The PMO Analyst is a trusted support to fellow PMs and IT professionals, using their analytical and organizational skills to schedule, track, troubleshoot and resolve demand for project resources and related issues.
In this role you will be reporting to Head of PMO, while bearing the following responsibilities:
• Allocation of project resources (team members and their skills matrix) via MS Dynamics 365 – resource justification, scheduling, tracking and forecasting for the optimized demand in accordance with the KPIs and SLAs;
• Maintain and update the resource profile skills matrix;
• Create report and present them to the Management and PMO via Dynamics CRM Dashboards and Power BI;
• Provide operational / administrative support for each of the technical team members –
support the onboarding, maintain a development / training plan, co-ordinate team meetings and hold regular lessons learned sessions, manage the one-time renewals and contract project billing process with suppliers, and act as an interface to the IT helpdesk.
