Founded in 1999, Resco – the leading provider of mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce – is looking for a Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships to grow our collaboration with important partners and to lead new partner business initiatives in the enterprise IT segment.

The BDM for Strategic Partnerships is a hybrid role involving a mix of software sales, customer relationship management, account management, marketing, and business development in support of our top partners and customers, who develop custom business solutions using Resco technology. In this sense, you are a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys building long-term relationships with these partners and achieving success together beyond simply closing new business. You will also have the startup mindset and strategic thinking to execute successful new partnerships in new markets or involving exciting new technology products.


• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partner accounts
• Communicate with strategic accounts on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders
• Suggest solutions, innovative ideas, and new go-to-market concepts to meet strategic partner needs
• Define and achieve strategic account objectives with partner
• Act as liaison between partners and Resco teams in designing, presenting, and supporting Resco solutions
• Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Identify and approach new potential strategic partners
• Monitor partner performance metrics, set and achieve performance targets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
