Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main goal of this position is to actively participate during the whole pre-sales process, co-operate on the business opportunities with Resco partners mainly.


Responsibilities

• Lead scoping conversations with partners and prospects
• Participation in partner and customer meetings, present company solutions
• Creation and presentation of conceptual ideas to customers
• Provide live demonstration, optimize and configure the demo environment for specific customer demo’s with internal teams
• Follow trends to be a trusted advisor for our partners and prospects
• Support the sales representative with answering questions during the sales cycle
• Assistance in preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations in close cooperation with appropriate team members
• Support of marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
• 3+ years experience in a pre-sales role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Drive, eager to learn and can work independently as well as in a team
• Knowing how to prioritise the right things, planning and organising own activities well
• Strong business acumen with analytical, strategic thinking, creative, result-oriented and have strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in presenting to senior staff members
• Proficient level of English (C1 at least)
• Proficient level of German or Italian or Spanish (C1 at least) is a plus
