  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 500 EUR/month(depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Resco – the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions is looking for a highly qualified Knowledge Manager to define and develop Knowledge management strategy for organizing, locating, and enabling access to relevant knowledge and expertise required to address specific product, business, and development areas in our knowledge platform via various tools. You will support the implementation of resco products by understanding clients’ needs and their business strategies to enable client’s success. You will be also responsible for leading Knowledge team by personal example.


• Define and implement the knowledge management strategy for our product knowledge platform in line with the company strategy.
• Maintain high quality of product knowledge platform, keep it up-to-date, accessible, and content searchable for audiences of varying skill level from external (partners, customers) and internal environment.
• Set and execute knowledge management plan to fulfill the KPIs.
• Work effectively across the organization with the key internal customers (Product Consultants, Product Support and HR) and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, processes, and services.
• Develop a comprehensive mapping of KM information sources and knowledge.
• Contribute to the develop and ongoing maintenance of the knowledge management system(s).
• Oversee capacity building and support for internal knowledge acquisition, management and sharing; ensure relevant experts are developed and strengthened in cooperation with respective managers and HR.
• Define processes of sustainable documentation and distribution of Resco technology knowledge.
• Leverage systematic analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage, identify the gaps, and define efficiency of the knowledge base content, form and targeting to improve functionality and promote innovative knowledge sharing.
• Ensure performance of the knowledge-centric organization is monitored, evaluated, and optimized through utilization of KM tools and systems.
• Become Knowledge management evangelist and increase awareness of Resco technology externally and internally.
• Lead, coach and develop Knowledge management team, be a role model, support engagement and performance.

Personality requirements and skills

Required Education & Experience:

• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in the field of Knowledge management in technology (product) companies or in Product Manager/Consultant role with understanding of KM principles and ability to implement them effectively both in an international context
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience with CRM / ERP systems
• Ability to analyze complex technical solutions
• JavaScript - advantage
• Excellent professional use of English, both written and verbal
