Resco – the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions is looking for a client -oriented Sales Manager and experienced leader to perform Sales activities and work with our internal CRM, Sales systems, and Products and lead entrusted sales team. Sales Manager is the first point of contact a new potential client will have with our business when they are seeking information on the products and services we provide. The Sales Manager also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new territories. You will be responsible for the growth and onboarding of team members, setting goals and acting as a Leader. Our products offer full offline functionality, comprehensive customization options, and cross-platform compatibility – making them an ideal choice for organizations looking to take advantage of enterprise mobility. You should help us to lead a team reaching new customers and developing business in potential industry verticals – introducing them to Resco’s new mobile solutions products and establishing long-term, trusting, business relationships.

• Design and implement a strategic business/sales plan for entrusted sales team that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets (KPIs) by successful managing of the respective sales team inline with company strategy
• Create budget of the entrusted team and supervise its implementation in accordance with the financial plan
• Lead and develop the sales team members, be a role model and provide consistent constructive feedback
• Own staffing, objectives setting, coaching and performance and engagements monitoring of the sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
