Founded in 1999, Resco – the leading provider of mobile solutions – is looking for a BDM to perform Sales activities and work with our internal CRM, Sales systems and Products. BDM is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDM also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new territories. Our products offer full offline functionality, comprehensive customization options, and cross-platform compatibility – making them an ideal choice for organizations looking to take advantage of enterprise mobility.


• Manage a portfolio of partner & customer accounts
• Establish strong, long-term partner relationships
• Communicate with partners on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
• Identify and approach new potential partners
• Contacting potential clients/partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current partner/customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Work efficiently with internal CRM and Sales systems
• Attending conferences, meetings, potentially industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients, negotiate prices and payment terms
• Developing goals for the territory development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Support Junior members of the Team and effectively collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams

Personality requirements and skills

• The position requires 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 year of those in Sales
• Business experience and Sales trainings or certifications
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Advanced sales skills and pricing understanding
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
