  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 100 EUR/monthminimum 1100 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for administration work in Application Support team with responsibilities:

- implementation of application and bank products changes and configuration of technical parameters based on installation requirements
- check of implemented changes in the system, proactive detection of possible mistakes due to human factor
- continuous control of the applications running, test and live environments, monitoring of banking services
- early diagnosis and investigation of problems with available applications
- early diagnosis and investigation of problems reported by bank clients
- support of 3rd level teams (service configuration, business analyses, online and digital team, IT development, IT architecture and authorization development, quality assurance)
- maintenance and revitalization of systems and applications within the scope of defined procedures and team competencies
- data analysis from monitoring tools and reporting
- escalation of complicated problems towards internal or external service providers
- proposing measures to prevent repeated problems
- optimization of processes and applications
- automation of operational activities
- creation, maintenance and updating of internal documentation

The position is open as a maternity cover.
