Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Key Account Specialist / Key Account Manager your responsibilities will be:
• taking care for selected customers – modern trade and e-commerce – annual meetings regarding services and conditions, regular customer visits according to a plan, optimizing positioning at shelves based on agreements,…
• delivering the sales objectives within these selected customers and maintaining good relationships with them
• monitoring the competitors activity and passing the relevant information to all parties concerned
• preparing volume forecasts by account and adjusting these forecasts on a weekly basis
• searching for new distribution channels and proposing development measures to the sales management
• cooperation with the local as well as regional teams

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Office - Skillful

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree
• min. 2 years of previous working experience as a Sales Representative / Key Account Specialist / Key Account Executive in FMCG industry
• strong analytical and communication skills, detail orientation, fast decision making
• business acumen and customer focus
• IT / MS Office literate
• native Slovak and fluent knowledge of English
