  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 35 000 - 38 000 Kč/month

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Internal project administration - project planning, invoicing, creation and overall project maintenance together with responsible project managers
- Contact for external and internal employees (business trips, training requests, expenses; local point for communication within the company)
- Organization of business trips (booking of flights/tickets, accommodation etc.), preparation of business trip calculations and communication around that topic
- Purchase Order (PO) administration
- Close cooperation with the financial department of the company as well as other teams within the Group
- Various administrative tasks and reporting
- Occasional support to managerial board

Requirements:

- Experience in administrative role –ideally in international company
Independent and systematic, team-player, reliable, proactive and initiative, flexible and motivated
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Analytical thinking
- Fluency in Czech / Slovak and English (spoken and written), German is a big bonus
