Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak both German and English? Do you already have some experience working in Customer Service/Helpdesk? Then our client is looking for you.

what will you do
• Receive requests from the B2B clients via emails, chat, tickets, and phone
• Analyze their issues, solve them, or pass the more complex issues to the higher level of the support
• Set applications according to user needs
• Remote troubleshooting

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written)
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in similar positions
