Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak both German and English? Do you like communicating with people and helping them with their issues? Don't have a visa for the Czech Republic yet? No problem, we will gladly help you with the visa process.

what will you do
• Receive requests from the clients via emails, chat, tickets, and phone
• Analyze their issues, solve them, or pass the more complex issues to the higher level of the support
• Help clients going through installations by guiding them step-by-step
• Remote troubleshoot
• Set applications according to user needs

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written)
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in similar positions
