Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you want to use both French and English? Do you prefer working from home (within the Czech Republic)? Do you have experience with a similar position? Come and work in a nice team of a progressive international company offering outsourcing services to clients from all over the world.

what will you do:
• receive requests of the clients via emails, chat, tickets, and phone
• analyze their issues, solve them, or pass the more complex issues to the higher level of the support
• help clients go through installations by guiding them step-by-step
• perform other administrative operations

• possibility to work remotely within the Czech Republic in case you have already experience with Customer support or help desk otherwise the job will be done from office in Brno

Personality requirements and skills

• both good English (B2) and French (B2)
• administrative work/CS/help desk in case you want work from home
