Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will be your responsibilities?

you will act as a key contact for businesses in various countries.
supervises a team of 10-12 workers
supports the AR manager in processes across sales outlets
coordinates the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team, processing and dispute resolution
works closely with credit risk including:

monitoring claims performance
stopping deliveries/releasing orders
cash collection, electronic dunning
process and performance improvement
approves other customer-related payments (overpayments, improper payments, refunds)
closing periods, working with accounting teams
assists with external and internal audits
maintains documentation of key processes
monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

secondary or University education
English and German both at least on B2 level
strong communication and leadership skills
Previous experience from a similar position is an advantage
Experience ERP systems is a big advantage
