Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for candidate for internal Collaboration and Staff Development related activities as a member of the Group Procurement team. Collaboration and Development specialist ensures adherence to efficient and transparent internal communication, events organization, and supports the group procurement department in various other activities. Able to communicate effectively, facilitates international meetings and training events and consults requestors and business partners in case of questions or disputes.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Overall coordination of an internal procurement training programme “Procurement Academy“ (planning, budgeting, general training related organizational task, satisfaction surveys),
• Management of a online training platform “Staff Development Guide” (communication, promotion, content update, change requests' implementations)
• Preparation, scheduling and organization of regular “Procurement board” meetings, facilitation, presentations preparation, capturing and drafting minutes and ensuring follow-ups
• Preparation, scheduling and organization of an annual „Procurement Summit“ meetings
• Preparation, scheduling and organization of other events in the Procurement area (regional meetings, staff meetings, etc.)
• Reviewing of “RBI Central Procurement Policy“ and adherence of local „Procurement Policies“ to Central policy
• Management of assigned ad-hoc projects
• Management and regular update of an online information platform “Collaboration Room“
• Ensuring of a proper onboarding of new-comers via an regularly updated “info-pack”

What we require:

• Excellent command of English, German as advantage
• 3 years of procurement expertise expected - preferably in an international environment
• Strong communication and management skills
• Solution and result orientation
• Living up to highest compliance and integrity standards

In this case, we do not offer a single starting wage. It depends on the candidate's experience and seniority and it is the subject of agreement during the selection process.
