PwC Technology is looking for BPM Consultants of all kinds of seniority (junior, medior, senior). We work on many different projects across western Europe using the low-code platforms Pega and Appian. Experience in these particular platforms is not required on a junior level, however for the medior/senior role it is important to have experience with at least one of them or with similar ones (IBM BPM, Camunda, k2, Mendix…).
Travelling (up to 50%) is also a part and a big plus of this role.

Junior / Medior responsibilities:

• analyze business requirements to come up with the best technical solutions for clients’ business challenges
• implement state-of-the-art software solutions based on advanced development platforms (Pega, Appian)
• interact with the clients
• work on various projects across different locations in western Europe (for example Netherlands or Germany)

Additionally for Seniors:

• support new opportunities with technical expertise
• support/lead building Pega/Appian proof of concept solutions/demos
• facilitate Pega/Appian best practices
• help people with development activities
• support hiring activities

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in relevant subject/s
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Pega, Appian, IBM BPM, k2, Camunda, Mendix… are a big plus on a junior level but a must on a medior/senior role.
• Experience in digital automation solutions is highly preferable
• Strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking
• Ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Good communication skills
• SQL knowledge (optional)
• English language (fluent)
• German language (optional)
