Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you process oriented and technical person with a strong interest in service management, reporting and automation? Do you like challenges related to transformation? We are looking for talented, self-driven and motivated individual who is not afraid of challenges related to transformation process and who wants to develop their skill set and network in PwC, working with experienced professionals across the region.

Your main responsibilities:
- Design and prepare Service Management Framework (SMF)
- Implement and execute the SMF in line with the superior's instructions ​
- Coordinate power user community and act as service specialist for process activities
- Coordinate all continuous improvement projects across departments
- Develop and drive CI methodology and incorporate Six Sigma and other project management practices
- Analyse existing business processes using various methods to find opportunities for improvement as well as losses and to determine root causes
- Coordinate key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization to develop best practises and to ensure a standard and harmonized approach across processes
- Coach and coordinate workshops and team trainings, share the guidance and technical expertise related to CI projects
- Regularly review CI potential with the power users to ensure continuous improvement approach in line with the strategy and agreements with our clients in CEE region
- Implement and maintain a high level of CI culture across departments
- Communicate with clients, superiors, and other work team members in Slovak and English
- Undertake occasional travelling and/or business trips to other CEE territories
- Perform other tasks in line with the superior’s instructions.

- Strong intellectual, organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant

- Good communication skills in English, oral and written, with an ability to draft and deliver clear messages to clients
- Ability to think and plan ahead, be flexible, accurate and quickly shift gears in a dynamic environment, to cope with tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with an ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit
