Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Your day-to-day business is permanent monitoring and evaluation of all potential risk, related to our supply security and ESG risks (Environmental Social Governance).
• Your task includes international communication with Group Purchasing and other stakeholders concerning consolidated risks and tracking of mitigation measures.
• Make reports using MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word concerning the different risks and mitigation actions to management.
• You will take care of the tracking, monitoring, controlling risk mitigations in coordination with the Buyers and ensure workflow.
• You will make sure that our Risk Analysis tools are running (incl. IT alignment), maintain and update of risk analysis tool and create management risk summaries on general basis and ad-hoc risk incidents.

• You hold a business qualification, or you have experience in office work within General Risk Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
• You like to investigate in general topics, have the general knowledge of the countries in the whole world.
• IT tool affinity, preferably basic SAP knowledge
• Communication, reliability, flexibility, is among your strengths and you use these skills successfully in contact with internal and external customers.
• You are fluent in English; additional German language skills are welcome.
• You are an active team player who also excels at working independently and by yourself.
