Your Profile:

• Relevant work experience in recruitment consulting and active sourcing is indispensable
• Proficient English
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting process; incl. cross-border hiring practice and external vendor management
• Capability to build strong client relationships based on trust and integrity
• You are dedicated to self-development and are up to date on recruiting practices and trends
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks at the same time with setting the priorities in parallel
• Experience in communication with candidates and other stakeholders
• Flair for recruiting trends
• Highly partnership oriented, strong in communication and negotiation
• Previous experience from multicultural environment is an advantage




Your Tasks:

• Work closely with other HR colleagues and hiring managers globally to deeply understand the technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
• Covering full recruiting cycle
• Engage and activate passive candidates via highly targeted and personalized approaches
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine the best fit across a broad range of positions so you can make the right introductions to the team and start their conversations about building their career
• Develop and pursue a strategy for specific requests and positions
• Work with online as well as offline professional recruitment tools, for communication and proper administration
