  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 800 EUR/monthfinal monthly basic salary is based on candidate´s professional experience, skills and knowledge *
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- You will provide day to day support of the ServiceNow platform
- Configure, customize, monitor and administrate of the ServiceNow platform
- Perform technical issue resolution of the ServiceNow
- Keep up to date with the latest features and updates from ServiceNow
- Create content and modify Service Catalog and workflow
- Follow ITIL best practices and standards
- Work collaboratively with teammates and suppliers
- Maintain documentation of configurations and changes
- Responsible for the integrity of data held within ServiceNow including service catalog items
- Preparing reports

- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience - end user support or service desk
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience of ServiceNow or similar platform
- Experience of ServiceNow Administration is an advantage
- Experience of configuring and managing Service Catalogues and Catalogue Items
- ITIL knowledge, certification is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
