  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 600 EUR/month(final monthly basic salary is based on candidate´s professional experience, skills and knowledge)*
  • Start date: according the agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Organization of sales in the region, building a sales network.

• achieving the sales targets in the region concerned
• sales of concrete admixture products in the region concerned
• technical advice and mastering the technical level of products with the ability of individual lectures, presentations and training
• gaining new customers
• maintaining established business relationships
• visit and support customers on a regular basis
• market research, monitoring developments in the region, monitoring competition
• presentation of products to distributors, construction companies and other customers
• complaint handling
• regular reporting to the superior
• performance of operational tasks set by the superior
• monitoring the payment discipline of assigned customers
• participation in the development of new products
• preparation and doing the site trials, laboratory trials
