  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 3 800 EUR/month(final monthly basic salary is based on candidate´s professional experience, skills and knowledge)*

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage and lead the service and maintenance team, which supports implemented complex information system Platoform (BI/DWH).

• Leading the deployment of service management tools, governance, methodologies, standards, ITIL procedures and a cornerstone of the IT strategy.
• Supports the consolidation of project IT DWH/BI in line with the global strategy.
• Management of delivery and management of managers' platforms
• Capacity and reliability management of all related hardware (servers, storage devices, network devices, software) to ensure that the operating and network environment is stable and functions efficiently with minimum downtime.
• management of support and follow up all processes related to Service and Maintenance (Installation and maintenance all related and software)
• Deployment of service management tools, methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of application within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
• Support the Project Service Management teams
• Escalation of unresolved infrastructure issues.
• Support the Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Support the Change Management process
• Ensure Service Management standards are met.
• Responsibility for budget and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter.

Personality requirements and skills

• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3 years project delivery service experience or Platform Management, ITIL Service Delivery and follow up to ITIL Service/Operations
• Good understanding of a broad range of IT systems (Application, ERP, DWH, BI infrastructure, SW, HW)
• Excellent Technical Analytical Skills
• Experience working and understanding with enterprise database systems
• ITIL Service Manager level qualifications is an advantage
