Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Project Coordinator is an important new add-on to the Pixii organization. The target of the role is to coordinate deliveries globally, in close cooperation with multiple parties: the sales team, the logistics team, the delivery team and the customers. The Project Coordinator will manage and track upcoming deliveries globally to secure structured and predictable deliveries for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers. The Project Coordinator will work in a hyper-growth environment and must be comfortable with high pace.
The Project Coordinator will have good opportunities to influence and create results in the company's international growth.
Responsibilities:
- Secure market leading customer journey through predictable and well-informed project coordination.
- Develop and maintain processes and tools for scalable tracking of deliveries.
- Work close with different departments internally to secure efficiency from sale to delivery.
- Secure that projects are delivered according to timelines and targets.
- Contribute on long-term strategies for more efficient project coordination through right tools and processes.
