Staropramen-Slovakia s.r.o. as one of the main players in beer segment in Slovakia is looking for experienced Customer marketing manager, who will be responsible for:
- Leadership of customer marketing and operational team
- Review of business processes and preparation of tailormade solutions
- Category expertise – applies knowledge of category and consumer insights along with best practice to create solutions
- Leadership of Annual operational planning process
- Cross-functional teams management and leadership
- Cooperation with regional team and implementation of company processes
- Responsibility of set budget including it´s full lifecycle from creation to evaluation
- Leads and executes operational customer marketing agenda
What should be your background and skills?
- Leadership of customer marketing and operational team

What should be your background and skills?
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in economics, marketing, commercial orientation
- 5 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Commercial/Trade function (senior role)
- Experience of working in international company with significant position in its area
- Knowledge in building high performance teams
- Knowledge of how to build long term partnership with internal and external business clients
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing and people leadership
- Strong technical skills in defining channel strategies based on customer, consumer and shopper insights,
- Change management skills; Strong influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Problem solving and proactive mindset
- Knowledge of digital- e-comm/ e-retailer/ banners advantage, project or program management skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
- English and Slovak/Czech language - Advanced
