Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

What will be your key responsibilities?
• BRAND PLANNING: Provide relevant input into Molson Coors (MC) portfolio brand plans base on local knowledge, supporting the Marketing Director in final plans design – including brand strategy and plans, budget split and KPIs recommendation.
• EXECUTION: Responsible for development/adoption/adaptation of approved growth drivers for MC/ABI portfolio, working closely with regional teams as well as MD CZ/SK. Deliver brilliant execution of approved growth drivers.
• CROSSFUNCTIONAL TEAM: Orchestrate plans execution within crossfunctional team in Slovakia, close cooperation with COMEX team
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Responsible for activities investment proposal and approval with relevant Senior BM, rigorous budget management according to agreed plan / LE budget.
• PERFORMANCE: Responsible for accurate reporting on brands performance in Slovakia, KPIs tracking, effectiveness in investment spend and regular brands performance reporting including competitive activations towards Senior BM as well as Commercial team in Slovakia to leverage the insights for MC portfolio growth
• AGENCIES: Orchestrate daily work with agency partners, ensuring all strategic and creative ideas approval by relevant Senior BM.
• MEETINGS: Representative on regular commercial teams including sales conferences and briefings as per commercial calendar plan.

What should be your background?
• Education: University (business or related)
• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
• Slovak or Czech - Advanced, English - Advanced
• Solid foundation in brand management; knowledge and experience in every element of the brand mix (product development, packaging, advertising and promotions, pricing etc.).
• Knowledge of agency management routines and experience from managing agencies.
• Experience in creative development (advertising, promotions, brand identity and others).
• Knowledge of market/marketing research tools and ability to use those in everyday work.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Target oriented, open minded, team player, positive attitude, drive.
• Driving license.
